Order Cancellation

Cancellation of Orders:
At gharkafurniture, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel an order. We strive to accommodate cancellation requests as smoothly as possible, provided they meet the criteria outlined below.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Cancellation requests are time-sensitive and can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy will apply.

Cancellation Timeframe:
Orders can be canceled without any charges if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may still be possible, but it could be subject to additional fees, especially if the product is already in the processing or packaging stage.

Custom and Personalized Orders:
Custom-made or personalized orders are non-cancellable once the production process has started. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, we cannot accept cancellations after work has begun. We encourage customers to carefully review their customization choices before finalizing their order.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:
If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund process may take 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that any non-refundable fees, such as those related to payment processing or order handling, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Partially Canceled Orders:
In some cases, you may wish to cancel only part of your order. If so, please specify the items you wish to cancel when contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though the feasibility of partial cancellations depends on the order’s status and the items involved.

Unfulfilled Cancellation Requests:
If a cancellation request is made too late and the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to fulfill the cancellation. In such cases, you may still be eligible to return the item under our standard return policy once it arrives.
